180 Gym & Spa is now open in Jnah. We've built what Beirut has been missing: a complete lifestyle destination where fitness, wellness, sport, and luxury come together across four thoughtfully designed levels.
B1 holds a modern gym area, a personal-training area, a Pilates Reformer studio, and our four group studios — Energy Fit, Spin Fit, Mind Fit, and Body Fit. B2 is Cocos Spa, a peaceful sanctuary with expert Balinese therapists. B3 brings together squash and basketball courts, the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam, and locker rooms. B4 is our dedicated boxing studio.
We're open Monday through Friday from 06:30 to 22:00, Saturday 08:00 to 18:00. Visit us in Jnah for a private tour with a head trainer — forty-five minutes, no pressure, no sales pitch.
